Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with you order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.  We will be as accommodating as possible. Being a small business, we typically will not accept returns or exchange for opened or used products.  In the event that we do accept a return or exchange, we are not responsible for return shipping costs. Please provide tracking with any returns to make this process easier.

Shipping

General Information: Once an order is made, expect it to be shipped within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been made and when it has been shipped. Orders will be shipped with a flat rate based on weight. Orders will be shipped using Priority Shipping. Insurance up to $50 will be included with the cost of shipping. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you immediately.

Local Pickups: For customers who live in Whatcom County and want to avoid shipping costs, we will give the option of a local pickup. This we be a convenient, public location in Bellingham, WA. Select "Local Pickup" in the shipping options during checkout. Once payment is received, we will send an email regarding date, time and location of said pickup. If you have not received an email from us within 24 hours of your order, please reference the contact page and feel free to call either number provided.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please let us know as soon as possible. A photo of the damaged item is required for a replacement. The damaged items will need to be received prior to any new products being shipped. Please allow 7-10 days for items to be shipped once we receive the damaged item. Wild Child Herbs will take responsibility shipping damaged goods back to us and new product back to you.

Insurance

Insurance is provided with all priority mail packages up to $50. Additional insurance is available at an extra cost.
